Multi-Location Reporting

(LMN Enterprise Subscription Required)

For large LMN customers managing multiple locations, the LMN Analytics tool features multi-location reporting capabilities, providing insights at both the corporate and individual location level. This ensures enterprise executives and location managers can view the data most relevant to their roles, helping to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Access to Multi-Location Dashboards

Company-Level Access User-Level Access
Only LMN accounts under the "Enterprise" plan are eligible to be set up for multi-location dashboards and reporting. To add these to the Analytics views for your Enterprise plan, please contact your LMN Account Manager or contact our support team. If the account you're in is a "parent" account -- meaning it can be used to view multi-location analytics for several accounts all owned by your company -- you can use User Settings within that account to configure different users' level of access to multi-location reporting (see image below). It may be helpful to toggle this off for certain users if your primary location also handles landscaping operations and employs various employees in roles that do not involve analysis.

Understanding and Utilizing your Branch/Location Name:

If your company uses LMN multi-location analytics, you'll notice a new 'Branch/Location Name' field within the 'Company Information' Settings page of your LMN account (as seen in the lower of the two orange boxes in the screenshot below). This field will appear whether you're logged into an LMN account that is a parent, or a child:

MultiLocation_ShortName.png

The branch/location name that you set using this field, will appear above your LMN sidebar menu (see the upper orange box), underneath the name of your organization's designated parent account. You will also see it shown in your account's Analytics screen:

Analytics_ShortName_2.png

The branch/information name is also what authorized users of your parent account will see when they utilize location-based filtering within the Multi-Location Analytics views. (NOTE: A change to one of the organization's branch/location names, may take up to a day to be reflected within multi-location analytics views.)

The branch/information name is used for internal analytics only and will not appear on any of your customer-facing or operations-related materials such as estimates or invoices. Those will continue to be populated from your account's name field as set under the Business Information section of the Company Information settings page (see the blue box in the screenshot above).

How to use Multi-Location Analytics:

  • Location-Level Dashboards: Our four multi-location analytics dashboard allow you to analyze detailed location-level reports to analyze performance, sales, and other key metrics. If your user is set up to view multi-location data, you'll find these at the top of the Analytics menu by expanding the 'Overview' submenu underneath the 'Multi-Location subheading.
  • Filtering Locations: Use the 'Location' filter dropdown to pick the grouping of locations that you'd like to see aggregated data for.
    • NOTE: If your user is configured with 'Custom Access' to a limited selection of locations' data, you will only see those locations appearing as options within this filtering dropdown.

By using the Analytics tool in LMN, users can transform raw data into meaningful insights, enabling smarter planning, better resource utilization, and increased profitability. This ultimately empowers businesses to stay competitive in the landscaping and construction industries.

To access the Analytics tool, open up the main menu and click on Analytics under the Dashboards tool:

Customizable View Options

With every Analytic available in the LMN Analytics Tool, users can create custom views and also apply a saved view as a default.  When the user logs into LMN with their unique username and password credentials, the defaults will then be applied to each analytic feature where the default has been set
