Bulk Actions for Material & Equipment Tracking

Managing long lists of materials and equipment for time and materials (T&M) work can be tedious. With new bulk actions, you can quickly select and track multiple items at once, improving efficiency in job tracking.

What’s New:
Select/Deselect All – Apply tracking settings to materials and equipment in one click under a job.

 

Adding Company Logos to Invoices

Your invoices should reflect your brand. Now, LMN allows businesses to include your company logo on all printable PDF invoices, ensuring consistency between digital and printed versions.

What’s New:
PDF Invoices with Your Company Logo – The logo stored in your Company Information settings now appears on printed invoices.

 

Designate Billing vs. Primary Contacts

Not every primary contact is the billing contact. LMN now allows businesses to designate separate billing contacts while maintaining flexibility in managing customer records.

What’s New:
Separate Billing & Primary Contacts – Assign separate billing contact from the primary contact if the two are different individuals in the CRM under a particular client.

New & Improved Client Notes on Estimates

Make a lasting impression with better-formatted client notes. LMN’s upgraded Client Notes editor provides more customization and efficiency when adding terms, conditions, and customer-facing notes.

What’s New:
Updated Text Editor – More formatting options for clarity and customization, including different fonts, spacing, colors, and more!
Easier Access to Terms & Conditions Templates – A direct “Templates” link that will quickly pull up your T&C templates for easy copy / pasting into Client Notes.

Auto-Save in Estimates – Never lose your notes again because you failed to save, LMN will do it for you.
