LMN Pro Updates
This week, we’re continuing to make LMN easier to use with small updates that save time and streamline your workflow.
What’s New:
- Contact Status Automation: The Contact Status will update automatically from “Lead” to “Client” once a lead accepts standard and service estimates, saving your team extra clicks keeping your CRM up to date.

A handful of bug fixes and workflow improvements are being addressed including:
- When opening and exiting an Invoice from Invoice Run Tab, LMN will now return you to the filtered invoice list view (where you were previously).
- When clicking “Save & Close” and “Close” buttons in the full page invoice view, LMN will return you to the invoice list so you can pick up where you were previously.
- Made a slight update so that the menu on the invoice detail page flips downward (vs upward out of view)
- We fixed a bug causing invoice loading issues when navigating from Payment run
- Fixed a bug where the “Add Payment Method” page does not load when CRM account info does not have country specified.
LMN Crew Updates: This week, we’re making two improvements to LMN Crew, one for how your crew uploads photos in the field and the second relates to how your Crew reports issues to our team via the app.
- Improved Photo Uploads: This week’s update includes a significant improvement to photo uploads in the field, which will allow Crews to upload photos faster with less strain on their phone.
- Important Reminder: With the LMN Time app retiring on September 30, 2025, now is the time to make the switch!
