We’re excited to share the latest updates for LMN, designed to improve payment management, streamline user workflows, and enhance training administration. These improvements focus on reducing friction in daily operations, automating key processes, and ensuring a smoother experience!
Customer Portal Payment Methods
- Quickly Add & Edit Payment Methods from CRM: Managing customer payment methods is now faster and more intuitive, helping you reduce failed payments and improve cash flow:
- A new Payment Method filter and column in CRM helps identify contacts without a stored payment method.
- A new widget on the CRM contact screen displays payment status and allows quick add/edit actions.
- Autopay is now enabled by default, making it easier for customers to opt in, with clear messaging for transparency.
- Customers receive email confirmations when a payment method is added or removed, ensuring security and trust.
- Autopay Enhancements & Removal of Charge Limits: Autopay has been expanded to eliminate restrictions and improve automation for recurring billing (especially for maintenance services), making it easier to collect payments on time:
- No more charge limits – any transaction can now be processed with autopay, allowing for larger and more flexible payments. Any CRM contacts with autopay limits will have their limits removed.
- Terminology update – "auto-charge" is now consistently referred to as “autopay”, reducing confusion.
- Rolling Back Client Notes Update from February: We heard your feedback following February’s Release, so we are rolling back the recent Client Notes update to ensure an improved experience in a future release:
- This rollback restores the previous functionality while we refine enhancements to better align with the need for a smoother, more efficient proposal-building workflow.
