We’re excited to share several new updates designed to make LMN even more intuitive and efficient for you and your team—whether you’re working from the field or the office. These improvements are based on real user feedback and aim to help you save time, reduce manual errors, and operate more seamlessly.
LMN Crew App Updates
- Smoother Task Switching for Crews: If a crew member punches into the wrong task, they can now transfer key details (like time, notes, and photos) to the correct one—no need to call the office. This update makes it easier to fix honest mistakes and aligns with features from the Time App we’re retiring later this year.

Delete Crew Members from a Timesheet: Crew leads can now remove a crew member from a timesheet if they were added by mistake. This eliminates the need for office intervention and ensures cleaner timesheet records.

Simplified Billing Rate Selection: If a job has only one billing rate, crews will no longer be prompted to select it—LMN will do it for them. This reduces clicks and saves time on every task.

Improved Photo Capture Experience: Users can now take multiple photos directly from the LMN Crew app and view them from a centralized page. No need to open the native phone camera or jump between screens.
We’re continuing to build new features—like Offline Mode and smarter timesheet tools—into LMN Crew, not LMN Time. With the LMN Time app retiring on September 30, 2025, now is the time to make the switch!

LMN Pro (Desktop) Updates 💻
- ACH Now Available for AutoPay (US LMN Users Only): In addition to credit cards, customers can now use ACH (bank transfers) for AutoPay—making it even easier to ensure recurring payments go through on time.
- Full-Page Invoice View for Easier Navigation: We’ve upgraded the invoice view to a full-page layout with access to the side menu—just like other parts of LMN Pro. This improves usability and helps you find what you need faster.
- Percentage View of Sold/Total Estimates: We’ve added a new metric to the CRM: a “percentage view” of Sold vs. Total Estimates. This makes it easier to track how many bids are converting into won work by contact.
