LMN Crew App Updates 📱
Faster Punch Out with Fewer Steps
We’ve streamlined the punch-out process so crews can wrap up jobs faster—without sacrificing accuracy. With fewer clicks and a cleaner flow, it’s easier than ever to complete timesheets at the end of a task. This update continues our focus on speed and ease-of-use in the field.

What we Built in the Release:
- Previously, users had to click through many, many screens in order to punch out, and those screens were a repeat of everything on the task details page
- Now, users will be able to skip all screens (unless there are multiple users clocked in to this task - they will still have to choose which users to punch out
- If any required fields have not been completed, users will see an error before they can punch out
Offline Mode Fixes
We’ve resolved key issues reported since the Offline Mode launch, including:
- Timesheets syncing reliably once back online
- Photo uploads working without crashes
- Fewer errors or missing data when offline
We’re continuing to build new features—like Offline Mode and smarter timesheet tools—into LMN Crew, not LMN Time. With the LMN Time app retiring on September 30, 2025, now is the time to make the switch!

LMN Pro Updates
Request Payment Method on File
You can now email customers directly from LMN Pro to request that they add a credit card or ACH account on file for payments. This makes it easier to collect payment info upfront and keep jobs moving without delays.
- From the CRM when in the main Contact profile, you can select to "Add a Payment Method"
- If you choose to "Request Payment Method: LMN will automatically generate an email that you can send to the customer:
- If you select to add manually, LMN will prompt you to enter the contact payment method details:
ACH Now Available for Starter Plan
We’ve extended ACH (bank transfer) payment functionality to customers on the Starter Plan. That means more flexibility and fewer payment roadblocks for growing businesses starting out on LMN.
