From your Payments List, you will be able to monitor and review any online payments that have come in, all in one place!

Navigate to: Invoices > Payments

Click on the payment you would like to review
π Pending Payment Status = Indicates that this is a new payment that has yet to be exported to QuickBooks. -
On the payment's information page, see Payment Type. Payment Type will reflect if this was an Online/Portal Payment, or Manual Payment depending on how the customer paid.

Click on Details to the right to view status. Here you will find the Customer's Name, Payment Status, AuthCode, and the last 4 digits of the credit card number
π Settled Status = Payment has been settled in you merchant account. -
Under details you will be able to see the following:
- Payment #: Transaction number
- Payment Date: The date the payment was made by your customer

Payment Method: This will reflect your current payment processor
π‘Tip: You can filter by this payment method in Payment Analytics to get an accurate total of online payments received in a specific time period

The Notes section will automatically populate how this payment was received (credit card or echeck), and if it was submitted Adhoc or through the Customer Portal.
Underneath the Notes section, you will see the invoice this payment was applied to, along with the Invoice Date, Invoice Balance and Payment Amount.
π‘Tip: This payment can also be viewed directly on the invoice itself - At the very bottom, you will see your options to Refund, Delete, Export to QB or Set to Exported.
You can easily click Refund Payment to refund a payment. For more information, see the Payment Voids & Refunds article.
