Design/Build Scheduling | Best Practices

In this article, learn how to schedule a design/build (one time) job using LMN's Best Practice workflow.

💡You can schedule a job from many places within LMN. If you’re already in the Schedule section, it would make sense to start from the Calendar or Whiteboard. However if you’re already in the Job, start from the Job for less clicks.
  1. Navigate to: Schedule > Scheduled Visits
  2. Click + Add and select One-Time Job
  3. Check the task you want to schedule
  4. Select the calendar for this job and manager
  5. Set the Schedule Settings, including:
    • Start date
    • Use Days
    • Daily Job Hours
    • Planned Crew
    • Crew Size
  6. Click Finish to save. Adjust the productive hours and buffer if needed to get to the duration appropriate.

You can head back over to the Calendar View to see the scheduled visit and manage your scheduled jobs from here.
