Once Timesheets have been submitted from your Crew Leads, they’ll be ready for your review and approval. Follow the instructions below to approve timesheets in line with LMN’s best practices.
| ⚠️ Note that timesheets do need to be submitted before they can be approved, and timesheets that are ‘In Progress’ will not show up in the Approve screen until they are submitted. |
- Navigate to Timesheets > Approve
- Here, you can take bulk actions to approve timesheets quickly by clicking the checkboxes and then clicking Update Timesheets.
- You can also click on a Timesheet entry to expand and see more details.
- Once expanded, click on a Crew name for even more details.
- If a time appears in red, it has been edited.
- You can see the time it was edited further to the right.
- You can also click on the Map button to see where the individual was when they clocked in, out or edited their time.
- If Edits to their time or services are needed click the Edit button to adjust the timesheet.
- If it says ‘No GPS’ here, it’s possible the crew member clocked in from a computer with location disabled, or from their phone that had GPS turned off, or location permissions disabled.
- Once reviewed, you can approve timesheets in bulk with a single click with the Approve button.
| 💡We recommend approving Timesheets from this screen opposed to the Timesheet list as it is faster and information such as GPS coordinates, notes and Services can be quickly verified. |
