LMN Desktop:
Estimating | Automated Email Reminders for Proposals → You asked. We’re excited to deliver automated follow-up reminders for proposals in LMN. You can set up to three reminders and customize how long you’d like between each reminder. Navigate to Email Templates → Proposal Template → scroll to the bottom to set these up! Check out our video overview here.
Jobs | Improved Calendar Views: Calendar schedule cards now show task names at a glance and on hover, making it easier to see what work is assigned at each job-site without opening the job.
CRM | Duplicate Detection: Creating a contact from the CRM tab now triggers an automatic duplicate check before saving, helping prevent redundant contact records.
CRM | Contact Quick Search Bar: Quickly search and switch contacts directly from the individual contact screen without having to return to the CRM dashboard.
CRM | Enhanced Communication History Visibility: LMN now displays the sending user’s name in the “Created By” field for emails sent using Bcc in the Communication History tab, instead of showing “system.”
Analytics | Invoice Dashboard Improvements: Invoice Listing data has been merged into the Invoice Overview report in the Analytics tab, eliminating duplicate reports and centralizing all invoice insights in one place.
(Beta Feature) Estimating | Updated client-facing proposal experience for Standard Estimates→ We’ve been building a new experience for you to easily send a professional digital proposal to your clients who will be able to view and accept your digital proposal. This experience is designed to make it easy to deliver proposals to clients with an experience that impresses your clients and helps you win work. To will be our go-forward recommended workflow for delivering estimates to your clients. To start, this experience is only available for Standard estimates (service estimates will come next), and you can activate this experience in Estimate Settings. Read more in the Help Center.
