LMN Desktop:
Pay | Dispute Management → If you are using Stripe, you can now manage payment disputes and chargebacks without ever leaving LMN. Upload evidence, respond to disputes, and track their status in real time right from the Payments List. Statuses like "Dispute Needs Response," "Dispute Under Review," "Dispute Won," and "Dispute Lost" update automatically, and a dedicated "Disputed" filter keeps everything organized in one place.
Pay | Stripe Payment Run Summaries → After a Payment Run completes, you'll automatically receive an email showing which transactions succeeded and which need attention. No more guessing how a run went.
Pay | Customer Receipt Emails for Stripe→ When a customer pays through your Customer Portal or guest checkout, they'll automatically receive a receipt email, complete with payment details and a link to their invoice history. A small touch that goes a long way toward building client trust.
Analytics | Estimator Performance → We've consolidated Estimates by Region into Estimator Performance, giving sales managers and territory leads one unified place to analyze estimate activity, track pipeline, and filter by region.
Analytics | Job Cost Analysis → We've brought together Job Listing, Job Cost Parent Rollup, Jobs Over by Geo, and Job Costing by Parent Estimate into a single, enhanced Job Cost Analysis experience in Analytics — so you can triage, compare, and roll up job cost data without bouncing between reports.
