Contact Management | Duplicate Search in Add Contact UI — When you add a new contact to a job, LMN Crew now searches in real-time for duplicates by name, address, zip code, phone, and email—showing matches above the keyboard so you can avoid creating duplicate records and keep your CRM clean.

Payments | Manual/Microdeposit ACH Payment Option — Portal users can now pay invoices via ACH by entering bank account details manually. For banks not supported by our Stripe integration, we verify the account with two small deposits, then the payment method becomes available for use.
Payments | Payment Event Email Notifications — Get real-time email updates whenever payments process, fail, or are refunded. Manage notification preferences anytime in your account settings.
Reporting & Analytics | Invoice Aging Consolidated into Invoice Overview — The Aging Report is now built into your Invoice Overview dashboard with a dedicated "Invoice Aging" section featuring aging buckets (0–30, 30–60, 60+ days overdue). The standalone Aging Report has been retired.
Reporting & Analytics | Enhanced Payment Export Data — Payment Listing exports now include three new fields for reconciliation: Transaction Fee, Payout Amount, and Payout Date—making it easier to match Stripe deposits to your records.
