Accessing LMN through Tablets & Phones

The CRM App allows quick access to your contact information, and provides you access to your sales pipelines, as well as assign and manage to-do's. 

There may be times where you may have an idea for an estimate on the go, want to check out Time, or require a quick update on an existing estimate. With the desktop view option, you can use LMN Estimating features on your phones and tablets. 

  1. Open web browser (google is preferred browser) on your phone or tablet
  2. Within the search bar type in in my.golmn.com
  3. There will be a message to use desktop to login/register and/or download the CRM Appmceclip3__1_.png
  4. Within that browser page, select settings and scroll down until you see Request Desktop Site mceclip3__1_.png
  5. The browser page may go blank, or revert you back to the main LMN home page
    • If the browser page goes blank, close browser, relaunch and repeat steps one through four
  6. Simply type in my.golmn.com within that same browser page and it will take you to LMN Estimate login page. Enter in your credentials and start utilizing all desktop features on your phone or tabletmceclip0.png

Accessing on iPhone/iPad Devices:

There may be times where you may have an idea for an estimate on the go, want to check out Time, or require a quick update on an existing estimate. With the desktop view option, you can use LMN Estimating features on your iPhone/iPad devices (specifically Safari Browser).

  1. Open your iPhone settings

  3. Scroll down until you see “Request Desktop Website” mceclip3__1_.png
  4. Ensure we enable Desktop website for All Websites
  5. Go back into your Safari Browser and enter my.golmn.com - It will then prompt you to the login page and from there you will enter your LMN credentials. mceclip3__1_.png

LMN 4 O'Clock 4 App: How to Download

By using 4 O’Clock 4 App, users will be able to stream-line their work. The foreman will use the App to answer these four questions daily so that they are aware of their daily goals and be much more likely to hit those goals, producing efficient results on your sites: 

  • What are your top 3 priorities/goals for tomorrow?
  • What did you get completed today?
  • What obstacles are slowing you down?
  • What do you need from me?

Once the crew answers those questions, the App sends an email – to whomever at your company is their direct supervisor(s) – and then, everyone will have a clear understanding of what needs to be done, how it needs to be accomplished and when. See the screenshot below, for the settings page of the app, where you input the email to send to.

How to Download the 4 O’Clock 4 App:

Apple:

  1. Open the Apple App Store App on your device
  2. Tap Search
  3. Search: LMN 4 O'Clock 4
  4. Tap Install
  5. Open the App on your device and enter your managers email or tap on Settings and enter your managers email and tap Save Settings

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play App on your device
  2. Tap Search
  3. Search: LMN 4 O’Clock 4
  4. Tap Install
  5. Open the App on your device and enter your managers email or tap on Settings and enter your managers email and tap Save Settings

LMN 4 O'Clock 4 App error "No Client Emails Found!"

Using the 4 O'Clock 4 app is a great way to get daily updates from your staff! The app recently got a new update.

When attempting to submit your responses for the 4 O'Clock 4 app, you may get the error, shown below, at the top of the app, that says "No email clients found".

This error can be found on iPhones, that do not have the "Mail" app downloaded on their device. The LMN 4 O'Clock 4 app will sync with "Mail", so if you use another app for email, such as "Outlook", "Gmail", etc. the app will not be able to complete the process of sending the form. 

If any of your staff mention this error, advise them to download "Mail", login into their email there, and then try to send the 4 O'Clock 4 form. 

If the issue persists, or you are unable to submit the 4 O'Clock 4 email, please reach out to us on support. Either at support@golmn.com, or start a chat with us, from any window within LMN. 

 

LMN Time App: The LMN Time App is Not Showing the Latest Job Information

If you are experiencing any technical issues with information not appearing correctly on the LMN Time app on your smartphone (for example, a Job or a Task was edited, but the changes do not appear on the app), please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

REFRESH THE APP

The app automatically Refreshes often, but to force an immediate Refresh in order to update any edits/changes, follow the steps below:

  • Click the More button at the top right.
  • Click Refresh Timesheets.
  • Any changes on the back-end will populate in the app.

UNINSTALL/RE-INSTALL THE APP

If the Refresh on the app has not resolved your issue, another solution would be to uninstall and re-install the app. This will clear the app's cache memory and pull up the most current data upon login.

For Apple devices:

  • From Home screen: tap & hold the LMN Time app icon until it starts to shake/wiggle. Tap the X on the top-left corner.
  • From Settings: General > Usage > You may have to tap "Show All apps" > Find the LMN Time app and tap it > On the app information screen, tap "Delete app".

For Android devices:

  • From Home screen: tap & hold the LMN Time app icon > drag it to the top of your screen to the Uninstall bar.
  • From Settings: General > Apps (or Applications) >  Find the LMN Time app and tap it > On the app information screen, tap "Uninstall".

 

LMN Time App: My crews aren't very tech-savvy, and many don't speak English as a first language. Will it work for us?

First and foremost, most people in our industry (landscape) didn't come from a tech background.  Just about every customer we have started with the same question..

Will my crews be able to do this?

We're extremely proud to say, we've never had a single cancellation because some company's crews "couldn't get it".  Not one.

LMN Time was built by landscape contractors for our crews.  We knew it had to be simple, and we made about as easy to use as it could possibly be.

  • It's faster and easier than paper.  You don't have to worry about the right address, the right date, AM/PM, and the system won't let the crews past the screen if they haven't filled out the information correctly.  On paper, crews can make any number of mistakes and it's up to the office to fix them.
  • Most of the action buttons are pictures, not words, so it's easy for those who don't speak the language to learn to use it
  • You can enter notes, job names in any language you wish
  • The GPS tracking will auto-suggest jobs for your crews, based on their current location.  It will show the closest 3 jobs to the crew at the top of the list
  • You can organize your jobs by type, route, ID# or anything else you'd like
  • Crews can only clock in to tasks that you've setup for the job - eliminating much of the confusion and disconnect between the field and the office staff when trying to get good jobcosting numbers
  • There are training videos built for you specifically designed to teach the crews how to use it
