Intended as a replacement for the existing LMN Time Mobile App, LMN Crew is an app available for both iOS and Android devices that your field crews can use to manage their schedules, timesheets, and tasks. This article dives deep into the basic functions of the LMN Crew App visible to Crew Leads and Estimators. Download & Set Up
- Access App Store (Apple products) or Google Play Store (Android) on your smartphone/tablet.
- Search for LMN Crew and download the app.
- Select the LMN Crew app from your list of apps and enter your username and password.

Location Settings: The LMN Crew app will only be able to GPS Timestamp the punch ins/outs if the Location Services are set to ‘ON’ in your smartphone settings. To see how this is done, please access one of the following links below:

Sign-In to LMN Crew
LMN Crew gives you three ways to sign in: with your phone number, with your email address, or with your LMN username and password.
To Sign In with your Phone Number

Enter the username and password associated with your LMN user profile, and click Sign In. If you forgot the username and password, click the Forgot Username or Password button to receive assistance via email.

LMN Crew Side Menu
At the top left of the app, you'll find an icon with three lines. This can be tapped to pop out the main navigation menu. This menu links to several key pages, which will be outlined below.
My Hours
Available to both Crew Leads and Crew Members, the 'My Hours' visualization, which is embedded right into the sidebar menu, offers a way to quickly review the hours that have been logged for you during the current payroll period:

You can tap anywhere within the 'My Hours' panel to bring up a detailed My Hours view that will allow you to:

My Training
|
If your company has an LMN account and a linked Greenius account, 'My Training' is the button you can use to access Greenius resources without having to leave LMN Crew. In order to access these, there needs to be a Greenius Training ID associated with your LMN user account. When you first tap 'My Training', LMN will look for a linked Training ID matching your account credentials. If a linked Greenius employee is found but is not active, you'll see a dialog to that effect:

Otherwise, you will be taken into a Greenius view with a navigation dropdown showing several options:

My Training is where you can see your assigned courses. Tap any course to open it up. Just like using the Greenius app, you can navigate within a course, watch videos, and update your progress.
Surveys lets you see the results of past reviews conducted by your Crew Lead(s).
Company Documents is where you will find any documents that your company has uploaded to their Greenius document library, and permitted to be viewed by Greenius employees.
Sign In - Crew Lead / Manager: If you have a Manager username and password within your company's Greenius account, you can also use the Sign In - Crew Lead / Manager to access a Manager-only view that you can use to:

The Help Guide link can be used at any time to pull up a mobile version of the instructional guide you're currently reading.
Settings
The Settings menu will provide you the ability to customize the way LMN Crew operates while you are using the app:

Language: Choose between English or Spanish GPS: Configure how your app handles routing information, weather tracking, and jobsite alerts. Push Notifications: Set up how you will receive notifications for things like job updates, notes from the office, etc. Reminders & Alarms: Set up timesheet reminders for a specific time of day. |

| At the bottom of the page, you will have access to the LMN Crew legal Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy documents, along with an indication of the current app version number and Office specified Time Zone: |
My Profile

Your My Profile page can be used to quickly view the time that you, as an individual employee, have already recorded today.

LMN Crew Dashboards
When logged in to LMN Crew, you will first see your current day's Dashboard. This is where you can indicate how you'll be working today -- either off of a schedule, by browsing a route/job group, or searching for a specific job.
Crew Schedules
|
Selecting this option will display a list of all crew schedules. Tap on a schedule to view that schedule’s list of jobs and tasks, and start working off of them.

Routes & Groups
| Selecting this option will display a list of all available Routes and Job Groups set up by your company office staff. Tap on a route or job group to view that group’s list of jobs and tasks, and start working off of them. |
Jobs
The Jobs dashboard is where all in progress or completed work will appear in chronological order, regardless of job, schedule, route, or job group.
From here you can also use the 'Find a Job' tool to search for individual jobs via the full list of jobs, or from schedules, routes, and job groups, and select tasks, to work from:
Job & Task Status
You can view different status of work being completed across jobs and tasks throughout the day. Tasks and Services within a job will display work in three different statuses:

All Pending or Unstarted work is shown in green (this is the default state of a task). In Progress work is shown in purple and includes “In Progress” labels. Completed work is shown in blue and includes “Completed” labels 💡Statuses and colors are the same across any dashboard view. |
Tap on the job, select the appropriate task to track for, then click the Play icon:
Crew Score
When looking at your Dashboard or the Timesheet Details view, you’ll be able to view the Crew Score (also known as the ‘Efficiency Score’) that your crew has been achieving so far on the currently active timesheet.
Components of the Crew Score Visualization
- The green bar represents the percentage of time that your crew has spent on billable work (e.g. performing tasks at a customer’s jobsite).
- The grey bar represents the percentage of time that your crew has spent on unbillable work (e.g. driving or loading).
The flag represents the Efficiency Goal percentage that has been assigned to you as a Crew Lead. This goal will apply to you regardless of which staff members are working with you on the current timesheet.
| ⚠️ Note: A task (either billable or unbillable) will not impact your shown Crew Score until you have punched out that task. |
Task Cards

Task Cards When crews are tracking their time each day, LMN Crew will provide details about each task available on each of the jobsites. |

Task Instructions Task Instructions will provide the crew with specific instructions for task to be done on the jobsite, or specified by the customer: |

Job Files Job Files will provide the Crew Lead with visual information pertaining to the job and/or jobsite and the task at hand (Note: Your account will need an LMN Pro+ Subscription in order for this feature to be accessible): |

History History will provide an account of the Task or about the Jobsite and the overall Job Performance up to the current date and time. |

Control Bar The Control Bar at the bottom of the page will provide an overview of the selected Task and provide an up-to-the-minute account of the current time, indicate the current crew currently selected, and the ability to start/stop time tracking: |

Once "punched in" there will be views available to see the crew members currently assigned to the crew: |

LMN Crew will also provide a live visual indicator of job progress, based on the punch-in time and the number of staff being recorded on the current timesheet: |

In the main “Control Bar,” users can access additional information about the task currently in progress, such as crew members, overall duration of time, etc.: |
Timesheet Details

You can access a Timesheet Summary by navigating to the primary dashboard, and selecting the required date you'd like to review the timesheets for: |

Once timesheet is selected, a view will appear that reads out the status of the timesheet, as well as a summary of the crew members and the hours: |

Tapping 'Review Timesheet' will bring up a Timesheet Details view where you can check critical timesheet information such as start time, task(s), crew members, time on site, total crew hours, and end time: |
LMN Crew Offline Mode
Working in a no-service area? We’ve built the LMN Crew App for this exact scenario! Offline Mode in the LMN Crew app enables your team to access critical job information, clock in & out of jobs, record their time, and more without needing an active internet connection! This ensures your crew’s work is captured accurately, minimizing payroll errors, and ensuring accountability.
Offline Mode includes:
| Offline Access to Critical Crew App Data | Before losing service, when crews open the Crew app, the app will automatically begin storing that day’s work locally on the device. Then when crews reopen the app without service, they’ll be able to access their schedules, job / task information, and more! | |
| Offline Start/End Task | Crew Leaders can now punch in and out of jobs, add notes and track services, even in areas with poor or no internet connection. | |
| Offline Photo Uploads | Photos can now be taken and added to tasks, even when without service. The Crew app will upload them to your company’s LMN system automatically after a connection has been re-established. | |
| Add Job Notes and Key Job Details | Crews can add notes to tasks that will be recorded locally and uploaded to LMN when service connection is re-established. | |
| Background Sync | When the connection is restored, the app automatically syncs time data with the server, ensuring that time tracking is accurate and that crews always have access to up-to-date schedules. | |
Mobile Estimates (for Estimators & Crew Leads)
- Only standard estimates.
- Only users with estimating permissions.
- Shows estimates assigned to that user, created in the last 90 days.
- From Crew you can now: access, create, edit, preview, send, and get signatures on standard estimates.
Setup Mobile Estimates
Before getting into the Crew App, make sure the right setting are enabled in your LMN Settings.
- In the LMN web app, navigate to Settings > Users & Staff > Manage Users & Staff
- Select a user
💡 Confirm the user type is sent to Office Staff or Crew Lead - Click View All Permissions
- Make sure the user has access to one of the three User Types: Only their Estimates, All Estimates, All & Unlock Estimates
⚠️ Without Estimate Permissions, the Mobile Estimating feature will not appear in the crew app.
Follow the process below to continue
Create Mobile Estimates in the LMN Crew App
- 📲 From your mobile device, open & sign in to your LMN Crew app.
- Tap the navigation icon (3 horizontal lines in the top left) > My Estimates
- On this list, you will see a list of standard estimates assigned to you (the estimator)
💡The Most recent estimates are at the top and is limited to estimates created in the last 90 days. - To create a new estimate, tap Create Estimate
- Select Standard Estimate
- Assign the estimate to a Contact. Tap Add Contact to search contacts by name or address or select the '+' (top left) button to create contact.
- Select the Jobsite will auto populate or select the correct jobsite if there are multiple.
- Tap the Add Division button and select the division this job belongs to.
- When finished, tap Save.
- Once you have created the estimate, the app will automatically open the view/edit screen. Here, you can start adding work.
- Tap the Add Work Area button
- On the Work Area page, choose wither New or Template

New: Enter a Name for the Work Area and a Cost Code
- Tap the Add Work Area button > Add Items button
- Tap each item you want to include
💡 Use the tabs at the top for more options - When finished, tap Add Items (at the bottom of the screen)
- Adjust the quantity for each item, when finished, click Save.
💡 As you make changes, the financial summary at the top of the screen makes changes in real time.
⚠️ The pricing and tax information pulls from the company's default budget - Add relevant Client Notes or Crew Notes
- Tap the 'X' when finished. And when you're ready, tap the button Preview & Share Estimate to see a preview of what your client will see. View Proposed work, client notes and financial details, Terms & Conditions
⚠️ Terms & Conditions can be configured in LMN Pro. - Tap Send Estimate. The email will automatically populate with the primary email address as the contact. Tap this space to replace recipient or add more recipients.
⚠️ The email content itself can not be edited on Mobile. - When ready to send, tap Send Estimate
Approve Estimate
The customer can Approve and sign the estimate on site.
- Have your customer tap Approve & Sign on your mobile device screen and sign.
- Once the Estimate is approved, return to the addition details section and update the Closed Date and adjust the Estimate Status.
